System Role for Membership Documentation?

What system role/permissions need to be toggled on to grant a user access to add/view documentation (specifically notes) to the membership section of a record?

For context: my team is using Social Good and in order to resend membership cards, I need to add a specific note type that is only accessible via membership documentation, not general notes. While I can view "membership documentation" in the Documentation and Interactions tab of a record, I cannot edit or add it. I can add general notes to a record, but the note type I need is unavailable, even though I can tell it is active in our backend. It seems the restriction lies in membership documentation being hidden in some Altru system role.

Our administrator can view, add, and edit documentation from the membership tab of a record, but for most of the team these fields appear blank. I cannot find any articles explaining this, and BB support essentially told me, "I don't know, play around with the system roles."

I really cannot ask our admin to click through each system role one at a time while I test which one works, and this feature is imperative to my communication with members. If anyone has any insight, it would be most appreciated!
