Failed Validation When Trying to Post Subledgers

I am wondering if anyone else is having the same issue. Whenever we void a payment within a deposit, once we go to post the void of the payment the transaction fails to validate. The error code we get is "Transaction code 2 is required". This is not an accurate error because we do have a value in the field that is being referenced. We have spoken with support, and they said this is an error that the engineers are working on.

Is anyone else experiencing anything like this?? This has been going on since the end of March and we are desperate to have a workaround, or some kind of solution.

    Hi @Ashley Snow - I'm sorry you are experiencing this. Thanks for letting Blackbaud support know. I do see they are working to fix the issue. Hopefully, others in the community will come forward and share if they have a workaround. I'll keep an eye on the support case and hope to see a fix in soon!
