At bbcon 2025, we announced that we were hard at work on a certification program designed specifically with you in mind—and thousands of you signed up for the waitlist. Well, the wait is over!

We are excited to announce that the AI Certification for Social Impact is kicking off today! Blackbaud has convened an “A-Team” of instructors across social impact, technology, and education into the AI Coalition for Social Impact, dedicated to breaking down barriers to responsible AI adoption. With the launch of this FREE, on-demand certification program—open to anyone—you can go beyond just the basics to how AI tools, regulations, and principles impact our sector and your day-to-day work! 

Course 1: Foundations of AI is available now! Get started today and once enrolled, you’ll receive updates as new courses and certifications are added. And be sure to join the AI Explorers group in the Blackbaud Community to connect with others like you who are working to develop their AI skills and share what you're learning and applying.
