Crediting an account with a payment
One member gifted a membership to another last year and was accidentally charged for a second year as a auto-renewal. Is there a clear way to credit the paying member's account and remove it from the gifted membership?

You can uncheck the auto renewal box under recent transactions. 1 -
@Lori Elder For the future, I have unchecked the auto-renewal but the most recent transaction has already been processed.
