Batch - Tax Declaration Constituent Fields

I've got my batch constituent fields set up to show the "Tax Declaration Constituent pays tax," "Tax Declaration Tax payer status" and "Tax Declaration Declaration made" fields, which has been really useful - however when someone has multiple declarations on their record it only shows the oldest one.


Is there a way to make it show the newest one, or would I have to put in these fields multiple times to have a better idea of whether that person has a current active Gift Aid declaration on file? At the moment, when I'm checking the batch before committing (against the paperwork which often has a new Gift Aid declaration signed), I'm looking at every single record where there is an existing declaration on file to see if there are other more recent ones. (Our policy is to add a new declaration and scan of the paperwork if there's not one from within the last 4 years).
