Online training

I recently found out about Blackbaud University. I was wondering how it all worked. My organization has the Raisers Edge NXT Learn more subscription. I also found a curriculum for RE NXT. I just wanted to know the details so that  I don't click the wrong class and my organization doesn't get charged extra because of me. If I want to launch one of the courses do I just click on it and then go through it? Would that save my progress towards certification. I only want to do the online e-courses... I do not have the time at the moment to do the instructor lead courses. Also, how much are the certifications?

As someone new to my position and NXT I printed off the curriculum, marked which training I thought I would need, and then have looked at the course outlines online.  I think your certifications are included with the subscription.  When I click on a course to register as long as I'm logged in the the fee is crossed out and it lists as 'free.'  Your transcript will show all your completed courses. I think you're probably going to want some of the instructor-led ones.  Much deeper content.  I'm scheduling one a week now.  The online ones, yes, you click and launch as you want and can even resume where you left off if you're interrupted.
