Classy - PROS and CONS

My Development team is currently looking at Classy as a solution to solve the shortcomings of OLX, specifically for donation forms and email marketing. If your organization is currently using or has used Classy in the past, please share your PROS and CONS of the product.  Thank you!

We replaced Classy with OLX and now we have replaced OLX with Mobile Cause. The thing I found most annoying about Classy was the time difference. We are on the east coast and they are on the west coast, so we had to wait for support. Also, they say they are compatible with RE, but they are not. Good things were that they used our credit card processor, their reports were pretty good and support was helpful.

Hi Elizabeth Rich‍ - Thanks for your response!  What cc processor do you use? And, how did you bring data from Classy into RE?

We use authorize.net. We entered gifts by hand from email through authorize.

Elizabeth Rich‍ - If you don't mind my asking... how many gifts a week are you getting through Classy?

I don't remember. It's been a few years. We used it for our giving day and senior class gifts.
