Refunding Online Sales

Hi all,


Right now I'm in the midst of setting up ticketing for a holiday winter event we're trying to host this year (Garden of Lights), and we're in California, and we have NO idea what this fall/winter is going to bring via COVID-19... so we're just hoping at this point that we can even put on this multi-day event.


My bosses want to be able to open up ticket sales months in advance, but with all this uncertainty happening, I'm now starting to wonder what the refund limitations on advance online sales are? Can you refund a credit card sale older than 60 days from an online sale? I just want my finance department to be aware of what they might be facing should we have to cancel.
