Birthday and conditionals?

Hello,

We are looking at doing a horoscope campaign. We're thinking of asking for birthday and then somehow presenting conditional content (the horoscope) based on that birthday submitted.


Is there a way to do conditional content based on birthday? I'm looking through and not really finding anything, but it's also possible I'm just not looking in the right spots. Any thoughts or ideas would be very much appreciated.

That's something I am still working out, really. We know the content won't populate quick enough if it goes from the Survey straight to a PageBuilder page, for instance. So we were thinking email, perhaps. Or email that leads to a PB page.
