Data Continuity - Policies and Procedures

Our university is currently preparing for their next campaign and we will be using Blackbaud/RENXT as our database for the first time. We are tasked with creating a Data Continuity Policy and Procedure Document to guide our Advancement division through the campaign.  We’d like to outline procedures for the use of RENXT in terms of:
Data In
Data Out
Data Access
Data Enrichment
Data Integrity

I was wondering if any others had any Policy and Procedure documents that pertain to data, for example: making recommendations for creating standards around data requests, mail/email rules, campaign trees, who owns the data, who is responsible for the data, during a campaign what went well and what didn't work.
