Best Practice to Update CC Info from the 3rd Party Application (ACD Direct's SimplePledge), linked to Luminate Online

Hope this message finds you and your family safe and well.


I want to ask for the best practice on this: We are currently using ACD's SimplePledge as our offline pledge application. From time to time, our sustainers would call to update their credit card info for their monthly recurring donations. Because Simple Pledge is linked to Luminate Online (LO) via API Shadow Forms, we were told by LO Support the only way is to reach out to ACD to incorporate the API methods of <getRecurringGifts> and <updateRecurringCreditCardInfo> in order to change the CC info.


Does anyone have a different solution to update their sustainer's CC info? We would love to hear from you!
