Email History tile now Generally Available to all Blackbaud RENXT and Church Management customers...

Hello Everyone,


We're happy to announce that on Tuesday, October 27 we made the Email History tile Generally Available to all Blackbaud customers.


The Email History Tile in both RENXT and Church Management will allow you to track a constituent’s responsiveness to email marketing and fundraising efforts and view messages on the constituent record. The Email History Tile enables you to track email Opens, Clicks, OptOuts, Bounces, Donations and Registrations for email communications sent beginning March 30, 2020 from Email in RENXT (including Workflow Designer) and Church Management. Other types of messages like email confirmations sent from RENXT and communications sent from other Blackbaud products are not part of this release. You can find more details in Help under Constituents > Constituent Records > Email History.

Is there any timeline when the Email History data will be usable? Like available to filter in lists? Or any idea if NXT will have the option to record an email as an action or appeal? Just seems a bit unnecessary to create a whole new space for recording emails sent, if we cant even do anything with it….
