Membership Auto-renew Issue - double charge credit card

Is anyone else having an issue with members' cards being charged twice for auto-renewals? We have several members who were charge or pending approval on charges for two consecutive days.

If anyone is using the auto-renewal feature, what is your process for approving, committing and processing the batch? Any thoughts, suggestions would be appreciated.

  • My auto renewals don't seem to be working at all, it may be because of the extensions that were issued last year.
