# of donors per annual fund campaign report

HI,

I am trying to run a simple report in NXT to track the number of donors who have contributed to the annual fund. I don't want number of gifts; I want donors to avoid recurring/monthly gifts. Any advice?

Could you just create a constituent list with the criteria being gift of ≥ $1 to the annual fund with whatever your desired date range. That would just list each person once no matter if they gave more than one gift or not. And it gives you the total number right up top above the list.

Worked fine except it's counting spouses instead of households. Any way to not double count a married couple?

There is a filter that you can choose so that it is only head of household - it's in Constituent Basics and is called “Household.” Maybe this will help?
