E-Receipt Process
Hi all, I am sure many of you heard that we won't be able to send e-receipts through Raiser's Edge as of February 2022. I am wondering if any of you have been able to come up with another successful process (that is CRA compliant) and can share what program you are using to send e-receipts? We are a medium-sized organization, so when we are busy there are often a few hundred to send each week. All suggestions are welcome! Thanks all and Happy New Year!

I saw Austen's response, but is there an option for US non-profits? Ours don't need to be password protected but it is important that we continue to send e-receipts and I can't send them one by one to all of our donors.

Hi @Caitlin Oxley - You can use a mail merge through a desktop Word application to send bulk email messages through Outlook. Additionally, Power Automate may also be another solution that can help with your receipting needs. Hi Caitlin – catching up on some threads. You may have already seen some webinar's addressing your question…just in case…
If you have a purchase full adobe license (approx $20/month) you get the Word plug in. This will allow your organization to use Word to merge (as your normally would) except rather than merging to mail the document; you merge clicking on the Adobe Plugin in, this allow you to send a PDF tax receipt to your donors via email.
