Hello. We are having trouble with Connect RE and I was hoping to connect with others in a K-12 environment who are using it. If anyone is using Connect RE, and is willing to connect and help with some best practices questions, please let me know. Thank you.

    Hi Tracy,

    You might have more luck searching in the K-12 Product forum. I remember Taylor Francis doing an excellent presentation on this at last year's K-12 User Conference. I've never seen a recording of it and have suggested numerous times that it be made available. Not that I expect Blackbaud to do my bidding, but it seems to be a missing piece.

    In addition, you could check for options in the Customer Success sessions. Sessions are free, and once presented they are archived and available on demand.

    I do remember that in the K-12 conference, Taylor was also referring to this as Blackbaud Education Management instead of Connect RE. That may help you with search terms.

    Hi, @Tracy Schoene. Our school uses Connect RE. I won't claim to be an expert, but it has been working reasonably well for us.
