Autologin links don't work in reusable page content

Hi everyone,

I am working on our welcome series, and I would like to use reusable pages for the content.

In one of the emails, there is a link to a survey (the survey is embedded in a page builder page). The autologin option is supposed to be activated (I added &autologin=true to the URL). Yet, when I send test messages, the autologin doesn't seem to be working.

I also have the same issue in the last email of the series. I am trying to convert one-time donors to monthly giving, so I added a link to my monthly donation form. The autologin option is activated, but same thing, when I send test messages, the autologin doesn't seem to be working.

I am sure the links are ok, because I copied them in the HTML of an email, and they work fine. The problem seems to appear when I use them in a reusable page.

Has anyone had the same problem?

Hi Perrine - I think this is the intended behavior as per the Knowledgebase.

However, if you test the message as a constituent (instead of as an admin) it should work. See:

I do know about that. But in the case I am writing about, the autologin link is in the reusable page component of the email. And it doesn't work, even when I test with a constituent.

If I hear what you're saying correctly, you're trying to make the autologin link work in PageBuilder itself? Or are you saying you're putting the S51 in the email and that's not working?
