Why doesn't Complete Cover apply to ACH/Direct-Debit fees?

    @Bernie Fitzsimmons we were in the EAP for Complete Cover and I believe the goal is to one day offer it to Direct Debit transactions as well. Obviously the fees for EFT transactions are not as onerous as Credit Card fees, so the goal was to develop and implement a Credit Card solution first. Also worth noting, Complete Cover does not apply to recurring gift transactions either. Only your one-time credit card fees will be covered.
