Redirects and Invalid Pathways

For several days, I have been unable to use RE database as I normally do to run receipts, save reports, include links in OLX emails, etc. Monday it all worked fine, and on Tuesday, the proper pathways said they are invalid and Citrix is corrupting files. When I go to export a file from within RE database (receipts, reports, etc), my desktop is no longer an option. It has disappeared. When I include links in OLX emails, they work fine with one test email, but then they are redirected to a non-working link. I have chatted with BB, they have screen shared, and no one seems to know what the problem is. They acknowledge it is a BB or Citrix issue, but there are no answers. Is anyone else having trouble?

No issue for our org.

If you haven't already, open support ticket to have Blackbaud look into it. Don't let them “slide” when no clear solution to the issue, esculate the ticket and tell your custom success manager to step in.
