Event Registration - candidates NOT registered

I'm trying to run an advanced list to pull a list of candidates not registered for an upcoming event. Does anyone have a way to do this? I've been on chat with 2 different people and both have told me there is no way and could not figure it out

Hi @Kellie Teraoka - do you have just one admissions event for the 2025-2026 school year or are there multiple ones hat candidates could register for?

@Bryan Lorenzo Hi Bryan - we just have one Open House event during the 2025-2026 school year. However, we have other admissions events during the year.

@Kellie Teraoka you should be able to run an advanced list with the following objects:

• User Base
• Candidate
• Candidate Event

Select the following display fields:

• User Base.User ID
• User Base.First Name
• User Base.Last Name
• Candidate.Entering Grade
• Candidate.Entering Year
• Candidate Event.Event Name
• Candidate Event.Event Type Name

On your filters you can filter by Candidate.Entering Grade = any of 2025 - 2026 and Candidate Event.Event Name = does not contain Name of Event. This should pull up any active candidate in the system, for 2025 - 2026 that has not registered for the event with that name.
