Hey! Does anyone know where the 1099 processing feature will be in webview? (not database)

@Lindsey Palazzi Hi Lindsey! I assume you are talking about aatrix? Here is the information we sent via email a few weeks ago.

"We are contacting you directly to ensure you and your team are prepared for upcoming changes for Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT® related to Aatrix and 1099 processing. We are pleased to announce that Aatrix 1099 functionality will be available in Financial Edge NXT this November, enabling you to complete your 1099 tax filings directly within webview. This is part of our ongoing transition to Total Web Solution, and we will be retiring the 1099 functionality from database view in December 2024.

This new release will offer a streamlined and convenient filing experience, and we will have several resources available to guide you through the updated workflow between now and January 2025.

We can't access anything yet. It's stating that it's restricted. Our admin tried too and couldn't access. Is this not available yet? All of us want to ensure that we can process our 1099s so any clarification regarding these new features would be quite helpful.

@Ann Forman, we're currently releasing in waves – it's coming soon to webview and you will be able to process your 1099s in January via webview.

@Lindsey Palazzi I was able to locate the 1099 process in NXT by going here:

From Payables, Communications, under 1099 forms

However, when I tried to do a trial run of the 1099's via Aatrix I ran into an issue. I was able to link up to Aatrix, but during the process it never worked and left me with the following message:

ERROR: The EIN in the AUF does not match the specified EIN for the user

I'll probably end up reaching out to Blackbaud for assistance

@Jennifer Huber @Nikki Baldwin we are also running into issues when running 1099s. We got an error message back in December, but was told should be working by December 30. We are still having issues. We do have an active support case open. We were hoping to send these out ASAP.
