Integrating BB Merchant Services with BB FENXT

Does anyone have a work around for entering payment data from Blackbaud Merchant Services with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT? Currently, I am manually entering every charge, including credit card fees, and it seems counter-intuitive that the two systems cannot communicate.

    No, I wish. Its very frustrating. This is BB's response to my my request to get the reports more detailed at least since its all manual posting. “if you want to separate specific fees into their own transaction lists & disbursement reports, then create multiple BBMS accounts to accomplish this. When you rename the new accounts you would use nomenclature like BBMS – Athletic Fees, BBMS – Application Fees, etc.”
