Blackbaud CRM 4.0 Service Pack 12 Released

We are pleased to announce that Service Pack 12 for version 4.0 released today, and is available on the Blackbaud  downloads page.  Highlights of the Service Pack are as follows:

1. Fundraiser on the Go - This mobile first responsive app, simplifies a fundraisers job while on the road. The web application allows a Fundraiser to complete specific tasks when visiting with prospects including viewing a portfolio, details about prospect giving, last interactions, mapping the location of the visit, and filing contact reports. It is delivered with an updated look and feel using SKY UX.
2.  Enqueue Processing – Provides the ability to run different instances of processes simultaneously, like acknowledgements and pledge reminders. This is especially important for multi-site (federated) organizations.
3.  P2Pe Encryption -- Point-to-Point Encryption (P2Pe) is a capability that that helps to reduce the number of applicable PCI DSS requirements for cardholder data environment (CDE). Blackbaud is partnering with a preferred hardware provider, Bluefin, to provide a PCI-validated P2PE solution for Blackbaud CRM™ users processing payments with Blackbaud Merchant Services to assist in reducing the PCI burden.
4.  Recognized donors on a recognized program – Provides easier access to view donors who are a part of a recognition program.
5.  WealthPoint performance improvements
6.  Ledger enhancements for Pledge Payments – Improves the ability to differentiate what types of pledge payments, committed or non-committed post to the GL.
