Online Gifts on Behalf of Organizations - Creates a Custom Field?

Curious if anyone has experienced gifts being made online via the regular NXT online gift form that are coming in under an individual's name and NOT an organization but then when we process the batch through, a custom field is being created within that constituent's record (not on the gift attribute/custom field) that reads "I would like to give on behalf of an organization"? The notification and online gift show no where that it's even related to an organization. Simply perplexed.

@Crystal Bruce it is, but I've schedule a session w M. Love, our Advisory+ contact to meet about it. She feels it is the way the form was set up and that a manual custom field was created instead of utilizing an option already part of the process. Fingers crossed!
