Field Mappings in Constant Contact

Are there recommendations on how the Field Mapping should be set up between RE NXT constituent fields and Constant Contact fields, for just basic mapping such as IDs, name, email, salutation, etc.? We are struggling to ensure that information in the Constituent Engagement tile in RE NXT is showing for all linked constituents, and I'm wondering if the issue is related to our mapping.

Also, are there specific fields that should be mapped, or other settings that need to be turned on to ensure all record updates in RE NXT are done automatically for unsubscribes?

  • Hello @Heather Reid! Great question. The field mapping between NXT and Constant Contact allows you to bring your constituent data from NXT into Constant Contact. This will not impact the constituent engagement as that's only going to show you whether the constituent was sent, opened, clicked, bounced, or forwarded your campaign. Ensure that you've allowed access for the account that you wish to pull the data from. Please let us know if you have multiple accounts with us:

    The consent categories are what will update their consent tile on NXT.
