RE NXT Donation Forms - Missing Suburb Field when gifts are approved in batch

This has been an issue I have been dealing with for months, I have reached out to support but am yet to receive a resolution.

I am in NZ.

When a donor gives via an RE NXT donation form and enters their address:

Address Line 1, Address Line 2 (If needed), NZ Suburb, NZ City and Postcode, I can see the suburb in gift review, however if I need to create a new constituent, the suburb completely disappears when I go to create the new donor and add their salutation/addressee field etc, and instead the suburb field is relaced with NZ City. The only way to remedy this, is to copy the suburb name in gift review before going to create a new donor, then pasting it into the suburb field, and moving the city name into the city field when creating the new donor.

This is time consuming, for the most part it works with existing donors, but there are some that fall through the cracks and because of this issue, their addresses become incomplete and miss the suburb field. Because of this, so I am essentially having to check each donors addresses when I am going through gift approval.

Has anyone else encountered this and do you have a fix or workaround?

yes, we're in NZ also and have come across this before. If the donor provides a different address than what we already have recorded, I go into the record (via DBV) and update the address manually, so I KNOW that the address is correct.
What also frustrates me with NXT is there's no way (as far as I know) to go back to what the donor originally entered once the batch is approved, EG: if the address doesn't update correctly, you have no reference to go back to.

Currently have no fix!

It would be great if you added this to the idea bank - the developers look at it. Feel free to post the link to your idea here - others will vote. Clear comments really help.

In the meantime - do you get the email notifications for online gifts? Is the suburb listed in the address for you there so you can go back should someone forget to copy it from the online gift review? Below is the screenshot of what I see in the email notifications and I am able to see full address but we don't get too many New Zealand gifts to know for sure.

Thats what we are doing at the moment. We can see the suburb in Online Data Review, but once we go to create the constituent, the suburb completely disappears. It is quite a pain! I will go an add it to the ideas bank now :) thank you!
