We received a 500 Internal Server Error between 9:26 am and 9:32 am today, 1/15/20.

We were trying to import deposits and payments. I was told to post this issue here....Can someone give us more information on this error?

    If you received a single 500 error message or a small number I'd recommend programming a retry into your application to be able to handle intermittent 500s. We try to reduce 500s as much as possible but as you know there are several reasons why they may occur. If you are receiving frequent or concurrent 500s we recommend contacting supporting and filing a ticket with them. Please provide details such as your application name, developer name and time stamp and the ticket will be routed to the correct engineering team for investigation.
