Hi all,
I am looking for how other Performing Arts Centers that have given donors the option to donate their tickets back, or to refund memberships during COVID-19 are entering them into Raiser's Edge.
I am looking for how other Performing Arts Centers that have given donors the option to donate their tickets back, or to refund memberships during COVID-19 are entering them into Raiser's Edge.
- Are they going in as Gift-in-kind donations or just general donation for the cash value?
- Are they being acknowledged as a general donation or as a gift in kind for their tax reporting purposes?
- How are you handling people that may have bought a membership in 2019 and received tax credit in 2019, but have now requested a refund?
