    @David Wanless
    Thanks David :-) - Yay, First post on the “new” APAC community :-)

    Would you mind editing the original post with the #customisation (and maybe #customization as well) that would be awesome

  • @Gregory Dellas, done, although it looked to me from the way this screen displayed, that your post already had this effect.

  • I just shared this with another US NFP - The Larry & Mary Greenspon Campus For Jewish Life

    As is repeatedly commented, it would be good to see Blackbaud provide a version of this in base product. If that's not possible (and I understand it is complicated), then even a US version of the customisation that has US financial years would be useful.

    @David Bourne

    Thanks for sharing David, we discussed this internally with the BBP team a few weeks ago, and we are having another look at how we may be able to incorporate it, potentially as a feature pack. Will also share it with our US colleagues to see what opportunities exist for a more global version

  • @David Wanless, this is fantastic! Thank you for sharing it.

    This is exactly what we needed for implementing a new lead journey we have been working on. You saved us from needing to manually update the dates in multiple queries each morning, and it even allows our queues to work properly over the weekends now as well.

    We have some past queries that are going to benefit from this too and more already in mind for the future. Great stuff all around.

    Thanks again!

  • Dear @Justin Wenzl ,

    Excellent. Glad to have helped.

    I really hope that Blackbaud are listening and integrate this into the core product at some point. I don't know how people survive without it. We use this in so many ways in so many processes.

    Kind regards,

    David.
