Hello,

(Cross posting from the RE forum) I was wondering if anyone had any experiences with the RELO Connector (good or bad) that they could share. We're looking for something that will let us send basic demographic constituent data from RE to LO (no transactional/gift data). We currently have the Omatic Cloud LO Connector and it is just not working that well for this. If you have specific examples of issues that you had, that would be super helpful.

    @Krista Berg in a previous life, I investigate RE-LO and there are more options in Omatic. There is a constituent flow and it was based on REID. Did you do the mapping exercise when setting it up? Even BB pushed towards towards Omatic. I know the cloud ones had some issues for a bit, but I thought that was sorted out.

    What about Omatic isn't working for you?

    @Krista Berg Philip is spot on. The functionality you desire is supposed to be super simple via Omatic. RELO can do it extremely well, but it is a downgrade from what Omatic can do. If you are having difficulties getting answers from them, we can help you get to the right place.
