Anyone Up to Chat About the Constant Contact Integration?

I’m curious if anyone using the Constant Contact integration would be willing to chat with me about any best practices you've discovered and share some recommendations about the choices you made when setting up the integration and how those have played out over time.

    My biggest takeaway is that it does not allow you to add an Action to a constituent record when an email is sent. It does add a "Constituent Engagement" tile to a record to show what was sent and some information about how the constituent interacted with the email, but only for the last 13 months. So if you need to look back longer than 13 months, you won't have that information available.
