Constituent Forms - adding other fields for identification purposes

Constituent Forms is a great addition, but we need to be able to add more fields to the form so that we can correctly identify alumni who have the same name. Ideally we would like to be able to add Class of, and Subject from Primary Education, as well as maiden name, preferred name and title to the form.

All these fields are really important to make sure our data is correct, but mostly for identification purposes in ensuring the correct record is updated.

This is a great idea for the Idea Bank! I would also pay close attention to the upcoming PUBs and other insider track webinars / town halls, etc. The constituent form functionality very new, and Blackbaud may very well discuss their plans for additional fields in any of those sessions. Adding something to the idea bank - or voting on an existing idea - adds more leverage to functionality requests then posting them here.

I'd add Suffix to this field. In K-12 it is so common to have legacy families with legacy names. <eye roll>

So many people with Jr., Sr., II, III, IIII, IV

@Gemma Hayden if you create an idea in the idea bank I'd recommend suggesting this field as well.
