Reset BBIS User's Password From CMR
We would like to reset a Constituent's BBIS password from CRM. Not all of our CRM users have access to BBIS so this would be a way of exposing that functionality without exposing all of BBIS.
I was thinking of adding a child tab under Online Info on the constituent record with a record operation to call some password reset functionality.
Has anyone done something like this before?
