The system generated GC 61 and GC 62 automatically. I know these can be edited or disabled, but is there a way to edit the date they are sent out? I did not see an option for a send out date. We like to send reminders 2 weeks before the due date: GC61. And then about 1 week past due for GC 62. Anyone?

    Hey @Arancha Lattanzio did you figure this out? We disabled all our automatic emails since we couldn't format them or add information to them. I looked around and couldn't find how to change the date when they go out. Maybe send this question to the helpdesk?

    If you disable those automatic requirements you can probably set up reminders another way.

    Yes, that's exactly what I have done. I just thought there was a way to format them and I just didn't see how. Thanks!

    Hi, you can choose the timing in the program under settings. Scroll down almost to the bottom of the page and you can set the number of days for forms with a due date.

    @Audrey Kidwell, you have to create a copy to edit the templates, then save your copy and enable your copy (and disable the default). click the 3 dots on the right of the program you wish to edit > Edit program > Communications > click the 3 dots on the right of the template you wish to edit > Create Copy.

    NOTE – if the template is inactive, you won’t have the option to create a copy. You’ll have to reactivate the template to see this option.

    When the copy opens, you can edit the template and add additional fields. I added the name of the project/request as that makes more sense for my grantees than the default ID #. To insert a new field, position your curser and click “Insert Token” then search by the field name.
