Address format mismatch between donation forms / constituent records & RE / K-12

The results in address search on donations forms seems to be different than the address search when entering an address on constituent records, specifically cities.

Forms will bring up one city, but entering on constituent records will bring up a different one.

Am I missing something in address format setup?

We also have an issue with street name format, for addresses pulled from Blackbaud's K-12 Management which we also use. Address search in RE NXT (donations forms and when entering on constituent records) brings up abbreviated street names, while K-12 brings up unabbreviated format. We've long ago stopped using Connect RE for this and other reasons, but we still have many addresses pulled from when we did use it.

Both the city and street name issue cause addresses to be flagged in Online Data Review for donations, and staff ends up adding the "new" address, practically leaving us with duplicate addresses on constituent records. Practically I'm (DBA) having to check data review before other staff, or cleanup after the fact if they've done matching already.

Any help for either of these issues?
