One of Feathr’s biggest strengths is its audience targeting and retargeting capabilities. It’s very effective for organizations that want to combine email outreach with digital advertising and event promotion in one platform. The reporting and engagement tracking are also helpful for measuring campaign performance across channels.

On the downside, the platform can feel less intuitive than some mainstream email marketing tools, and customization options for email design and automation workflows can be somewhat limited depending on the campaign needs. There’s also a bit of a learning curve when setting up more advanced audience segmentation or ad integrations.

Hello! We use Feathr's email campaigns as well as their RE NXT integration. I absolutely love using Feathr, and I think using their native email tool is vital for getting the most out of the product. When you send out emails from Feathr, you are more quickly able to "de-anonymize" your audience so that you have more fleshed out profiles for your patrons, with both cookie activity and email communication combined into one patron profile.

I think their email design layout is very intuitive and easy, and find it provides more customization than other platforms I've used, like MailChimp. The automated reports are also a huge time-saver, and a great way to share your work with colleagues outside the platform. We've switched over 95% of our digital marketing and communications to Feathr exclusively, and continue to see growth year-on-year as they expand the products offerings.
