Hi All,

With the Outstanding Proposal Report in database view sunsetting - what are your workaround plans? I am looking for a report to hand out to volunteer fundraisers/solicitors that includes who they've agreed to solicit & contact info.

Everyone keeps recommending PowerBI, so one day I'll have to learn how to use that. But, in the meantime, do you have an easy solution I'm overlooking?

    Depending on how you set up your Proposals/Opportunities, one of the few things I like in RE NXT are the Opportunity Lists. We use these for our Funded Report and for our Three Stages of Planned, Asked and Accepted. I love Database View, but was not that crazy about the Proposal reports. but Opportunity Lists in RE NXT are really good and they can provide the same information that is in the Database View Proposal Report in a CVS file that you can turn into Excel.

    Thanks, Joe! I like the list idea! I wish the export included contact information for the constituent. It's not as clean but maybe I could just print the webpage…

    You only get the contact name, none of the contact information, even though it says you will get that info. But you get everything else for it. Maybe down the road Blackbaud could fix that.
