Problems with the Duplicate constituent management tool

I have been using this tool to reduce our number of potential duplicates by merging or marking them as not duplicates, but I have an issue with three records. These three are marked as potential dupes, but the tool doesn't give me the option to either merge them or mark as not duplicates, it is just blank:

I used the report to find these records individually, and they aren't duplicates, but this tool doesn't give me the option to update them. How can I remove these from the potential duplicate list? Thanks

@Luisa Rampin Do you have RENXT/access to webview? The duplicate tool there allows you to mark constituents as not duplicates.

I've had a handful stick like that and just disregard them. Have you tried opening the constituent record and doing the duplicate search (in the Constituent menu) to mark them as not duplicates from there?

I don't think that marking them as not duplicates in the web view tool will clear them out of the database view tool. But I do recommend using that tool first. The only thing the web view tool doesn't seem to find that the database view tool does are some nicknames and unlinked spouses.

Thanks, I do tend to use the database view exclusively for de-duping, so this could be a huge help.
