HELP NEEDED: Tracking Board Recruitment/Development

Our database lacks the Volunteer Module. We are struggling to track our board recruitment 'moves management' pipeline (stages 1–3, etc.) in one dynamic place. 'Opportunities' feels like a stretch, and custom fields/notes/actions are too clunky. How are other orgs adapting DBV/NXT to handle this effectively?

    Not much of an advice on where to put it since we now use the Volunteer Module, but speaking from experience, I really do not recommend using Opportunities for this. As you said, it's a bit of a strech and it creates so much "noise" in the data long-term.

    Can you explain what you mean by "board recruitment moves management"? Are you recruiting people for your board and want to track that information, or are your board members working with prospects?
