    Erin we are still in the process of creating this. We should have this done by the end of the year.

    I came here looking as well! We are working on creating formal policies for our organization overall but I want to have a set for our department as well and I wanted to see what other orgs were doing. If someone does have policies in place, I'd love to see what you have.
