[18 April 2016 11:05pm ET] Update (Resolved): Users Received Database Error Message

[18 April 2016 11:05pm ET] We were able to isolate the root cause of the conflict between the active and passive database servers that was causing stability issues this evening and have made a configuration change to prevent its recurrence. The service is currently operating normally.

We have recieved reports again of users recieving database error messages when logging into their GIFTS Online sites.  We are investigating and will provide you with an update as soon as we have more information.
