Resolved: Issue With Processing Credit Cards

Altru services were restored as of 10:15pmET on 2/5. We identified an issue that caused some Altru customers to not be able to process credit card transactions or send email messages and our hosting team worked quickly to resolve the issue. We continue to investigate to prevent a future occurrence, and are tracking this on #2018020504. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and appreciate your patience as we worked to provide a full resolution.
